INSARAG is composed of a Steering Group, three Regional Groups, and the Secretariat, as well as the USAR Team Leaders, and the Working Groups (see Figure 1). The Global Chair is coordinating the decision-making process as described in Figure 2 globally. This structure provides the framework for decision-making and associated processes as approved by the Steering Group in 2013.
